CUOM monitoring capabilities?

Does anyone out there know if CUOM can offer proactive monitoring of the installed software on infrstructure servers such as CUCM, CUP, Unity, etc.; then cros-reference that information against the latest patches on CCO and alert the mgmt team? If not CUOM, then are there any Cisco NMS systems which provide this service or is it on the roadmap?
