VPN connections not working

I have a user who keeps losing her connections. After several trouble-shooting attempts, I uninstalled, shut down then reinstalled the VPN client. We have several connection points and she can only connect to one of them. After I reinstalled the VPN she could connect to all of the connection points and then all of a sudden she couldn't get into 4 of the 5. Now she can only get into the one connection point and cannot access the others at all even though they are still there and other users have no issues connecting. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Hi, it sounds as your client may have overlaping network with one of yours perhaps? have you ruled this out? have you look at the fw logs to see whats going on when she tries accessing resources? any other RA clients have any similar issues or is it just this one user.

She is the only user with the issue. No overlapping network issues. She just cannot connect to the specific entry points.

Can you provide some logs while the user tries connecting to destination hosts.
