Using the interface range command on subiterfaces (CAT6500)

Is there a way to use the range command on sub interfaces on a CAT6500? For example:

config t

interface range gi9/48.1 - 9/48.47

Ideas?

I dnot think that u can use the gig ports on 6500 as sub-interfaces.

I'm afraid ranging is not available on subinterfaces.
