UCM 7.1

Cyberdata VOIP Loudspeaker Amp

I have gotten this to register and work but what I am running into is the ability for this device to stay registered. I looked at the manufactures website that talks about this same issue but I am not sure what timer in the Service parameters that this is exactly referring to. Link makes mention of a re-registration time value but not sure what exactly of this parameter.

I have this problem too.

Can you be more specific about exactly how this is registering, protocols, devices, etc?

Sure,

This the guide that I used for both sides.

Essentially though, I added a third-party SIP device (basic) and then created a user and associated the user to SIP device.

On the cyberdata side, it was just pointing the device to UCM and putting the credentials in from the user that i created.

Seems pretty simple right?? It just wont stay registered. It does work when it is registered though.
