I am receiving a reorder tone for VM port attempting to dial MWI on/off. The trace shows the route pattern is blocked and a RouteBlockCause=1.

What is the detailed version of the CallManager? How many CallManager servers do you have? Has this problem appeared recently? Was it working previously? Did you make any changes or modifications in your system?

Thanks for the reply. I figured out that the "RouteBlockCause=1" is actually present on succesful calls. The route pattern is blocked, because this number does not exist in the system (unallocated).

Thanks,
