ACS 4.2 restore from SE to Windows

Hi, we are trying to restore an ACS SE backup into an ACS Windows but we get the message error: "The backup file selected is either not a CiscoSecure V4.2 backup file or it has been corrupted". The version/patch level is the same in both 4.2(0.124). I think that is possible (restore SE in W2000), isn't it?. Do you have any idea o suggestion. Thanks in advance.

Since command-line the error messages is:

D:\Program Files\CiscoSecure ACS v4.2\bin>csutil -r all 12-jun-2009-03-00-53.dmp

Reloading a system backup will overwrite ALL current configuration information

All Running services will be stopped and re-started automatically.

Are you sure you want to proceed? (Y or N)(Y)

Backup file 12-jun-2009-03-00-53.dmp may be corrupt or password may be empty or wrong

Eliminated this issue when I temporarily saved the 4.2 se backup file in unencrypted form then restored it to ACS 4.2 for windows.
