DialByName

We have a UC520 and we are trying to get dialbyname to work in our main AA.

When I go to our AA script in CUE, there is a field for BusinessHoursOptionPound and that is where we would put whatever goes for the DialByName.

How do we set this up?

Are you using CCA 2.0 to configure your system?  There should be a Dial By Name option in the AA configuration screen that you can assign to a button.  This option will allow users to be contacted by their name that is configured on the users screen.
