Greetings!

The card is recognized by the router, because "show version" and "show inventory" both find it. but I can't see the ports on "show running configuration" nor "show voice port". I don't encounter this problem when the card in plugged on another router (2821). Any clue why this happens?

Thanks,

Jonathan

You do not have the mandatory DSP module to process voice. PVDM2-xx where xx is 8, 16, 32 or 64.

Paolo, you're genius! I don't have extra dsp module, but I think this's the reason. thank you very much!
