Tracking EOS, EOL, etc....

Unanswered Question

Does Cisco have tool available to customers that would allow us to put in a number of a device (serial, model, smartnet, etc) and return the current status (End of Sale, End of Life, etc.)?

My boss is looking for a quarterly report that can be generated to show us this type of information.

All of our devices are covered under a SmartNET service contract.

I have this problem too.

Now ... for SmartNET. If you purchase your Cisco appliances from an Cisco authorized reseller, your appliance gets the default Lifetime warranty of 10-Business Day turnaround?
