Hello,
I having problem with Caller ID for outbound call. The setup is I have two SRST site with central call Manager, every user have there own DID number. From one site I am having problem that whenever the user called outside it shows reception desk number but for inbound calls it works fine. Any idea?

Mohammed,
Can you verify the following
1. External phone number mask has been set for the user device.
2. The route pattern/route group/route list have the 'External phone number mask' checkbox marked.
3. If the above 2 are fine, please confirm on the PSTN gateway by running q.931 debug that proper calling party number is being sent.
If all these are fine than its telco who is overwriting it and you will have to work with your telco to fix that.
Thanks,

If the setup message you send has the right calling party then call telco, they must be changing the IE to your main number and that's something they need to change.
That setup message is the last thing you have control over, any changes between your GW and called party are responsibility of telco.
