Mike,

Attendant console will not give you the capability you are looking for. What you will need is to use an Auto Attendant. If you have Unity/Unity Connections, you can use the AA feature on that.

What you will need to do is configure a CTI route point in CUCM with the DN you want users to be able to call and CFA to VM. Also, please configure that VM profile on the DN of the CTI RP.

In Unity create a Call Handler with the extn same as the DN on CTI RP. In the call handler you can rrcord your personal greeting with options you want users to choose. And then unser caller input configure appropriate dn to transfer to, etc.
