Cisco Unified Border Controller (CUBE) and SIP TCP/UDP Conversion

I need to do simple SIP UDP/TCP Conversion between my PBX (UDP) and Exchange 2007 (TCP).

Looks like CUBE is what's needed. I've looked around and am drawing blanks on the configuration for this. Can someone give me some pointers or let me know what the basic configuration for CUBE to allow SIP to SIP?
