Which router and telco connection do you have ?

Dear Bevilacqua,

Thanks for your prompt response, We have the following devices and software servers functioning on our IP telephony network.

1. Voice Gateways 2800 running IOS Ver.C2800NM-Advanced IP Services K9-MZ.124-50.T1.bin

2. Fax Gateway VG224 running IOS VG224-I6K9S-MZ.124-9.T.bin

Hope this information will get some ideas else please let me know if any more info required from my side.

Lots of thanks

Best Regards,

On both VGs, configure:

network-clock-particpate wic 0

network-clock-select 1 e1 0/0/0

That will prevent slips to occur and might fix your problem.

Hi,

I configured these commands and tested but the problem still exists any other ideas will be appreciated.

Thanks
