Unity does not register touchtones input.

Hi,

I'm experiencing an issue with unity, calls routed from the PSTN to unity does not accept the callers inputs, it keeps running the greeting. If i dial the pilot from my XXXX pattern it work.

Hi Jorge,

Given your description here, this sounds like a DTMF Relay issue on your gateway.

Ensure dtmf-relay is set on the dialpeer used by this call. You can try using h245-alphanumeric on the gateway.
