Hi

I have a problem, there are 10 devices in unreachable state but I can reach them through ping their IP address from ciscoworks server, they have correct permissons (access-list with IP address CWs server, SNMPv2 community string). When I perform data collection they are still in unrechable state(I deleted them on DCR and I began the discovery process again but the unreachable status did't change).

do you have any ideas?

Unreachable means that the devices are not SNMP reachable. This could mean that the strings are wrong within LMS. If you are using Device Discovery, start a packet capture filtering on SNMP traffic to these devices, then start a new Discovery. When it finishes, the captured SNMP packets will show you exactly what community string is being used.
