Phone proxy extension mobility

I know some of you already have solved this. I have a phone proxy working but have issue on getting the extension mobility working. It displays the extension mobility on the services button but when clicked, there's no login/logoff only "http error". Hope someone helps me out on what to do...

Come on guys! I know someone already have this working...

another thing on my mind, For Extension Mobility feature to work (i already open mine but inside EM, still not working), I have to open port 8080 on Publisher for all hosts coming from Internet. I think it's really a huge hole in the ASA. Taking into consideration that EM request is just normal HTTP request, it's very easy to get user credentials and run attack on Call Manager. What's the way to protect this port from such attacks? Anyone?
