Are you using h.323 or mgcp ?

And, you need to take "debug isdn q931" for the call that gives you problem.

I am using mgcp protocol

Post the debug q931 output.

Do not enable any additional debug, include the rouble call only, do not use attachments.

kindly find attached debug Q931

Sorry, I'm not familiar with mgcp to tell you why router does not send calling name.

Hopefully somebody elese will.

hi guys,

if anybody can help me?

Hi,

Under your router serial interface issue:

isdn outgoing display-ie

Which is off by default.

Edit: to get the name presented you need to select Calling Name Presentation: Allowed. This is in Route Pattern configuration.

Calling Line ID Presentation is for ANI representation, not for names.

And ofcourse, the other PBX must support it.

Are you doing QSIG?

First I'd like to thank you for your fast replay , but I configured this command under the serial interface also I allowed the Calling Name Presentation on the route pattern configuration and the problem still not solved.

Nothing that you configure on the interface will help, because you're using MGCP.

Thanks for all your replies and I solved the problem using ETSI signalling , configuring the PBX as user side and the callmanager as network side , also configured this command under serial interface "isdn protocol-emulate network"
