CVP Call Server is DOWN.

HI,

The call server is showing down status in the oamp but the cvp pg (pim) is in activve state and even in the cvp logs its telling it has got connected with the cvp pg.

But the calls are not going thru.

any idea why this could be.

If you have made any change through OAMPS, have you restarted the CallServer processes? Are all the CVP processes running in the CallServer and OAMP server?

What is your call flow?

How far has the call progressed in your call-flow? Can you see "new-call" in CallServer logs, VB and ICM script?
