Solved: Accessing another subscriber mailbox in Unity 7

How do I retrieve messages from another subscribers mailbox (like a general mailbox) without waiting for the voicemail prompt. What I currently do is call-forward-all to mailbox then dial the extension, I then press the * key to acces the mailbox from another users phone. However this seems messy.

Hi Marcus,

You should be able to access this mailbox by Pressing the Message Button on the IP Phone, when the system answers and asks for your PIN - Press Star* - then enter the Mailbox # for the General Mailbox - then enter the PIN for the General Mailbox.
