Hi. I have CCM 6.1.3.3190-1.
And when i want backup system and click backup -> backup device. I can see message "Status: Local Agent is not responding. This may be due to Master or Local Agent being down." and backup not work. You can help me fix this problem?

Hi Slava,
Just to add a note to the great tips from my friend Java.
You may be hitting this bug which does effect CUCM 6.1(3) builds. Note the Workaround has the same good suggestions as Java;
CSCsx34439 Bug Details
DRF leaves tcp sessions open to certain SSH servers
Symptom:
May get warnings about lack of available ssh sessions on SFTP server
Conditions:
DRF backup of 7.0 version products on our shared linux platform.
Workaround:
You should be able to free the sessions by restarting DRF Master agent and local agents on the servers or the ssh service on the server.
Further Problem Description:
When backing up to OpenSSH server DRF leaves many ports in the established state even after the backup is completed.
This is a larger problem if you are using a single SSH server to backup many devices as they can consume all available sessions on the SSH server.
This has been observed in both CCM and UC, expected to be seen on anything that shares this platform OS Status

I'm having the same problem, and it's driving me nuts. Did you find a resolution? I don't think the bug Rob linked is quite what I'm looking for...
