Upgrading from 2.6 to 3.1 on multiple servers

I'm upgrading three servers from 2.6 to 3.1, these servers are in different physical locations, they share only single sign on. Is it possible to upgrade the master servers one day and then upgrade the other two the next day or do you suggest upgrading them all at the same time?

You can upgrade them in phases provided the master is done first. After upgrading the master, you should restart Daemon Manager on the slaves as well.
