How do I change the Vlan IP address on this interface Vlan1?

If you are doing this remotely, try this:

1. Telnet into the device IP Address of 192.168.2.19;

2. interface Vlan1

ip address 255.255.255.0 secondary

3. Exit out the telnet session.

4. Telnet into the new IP Address

5. Remove the primary IP Address

take a console and type

int vlan 1

no ip add

ip add(new ip add)

exit
