When we apply following command what is the exact effect :
1. Glbp 10 weighting 110 lower 95 upper 105. ( what does this lowe and upper value means ). If another router in the same group is configured as weight as 200 definitely 50 % of the connections will be sent to the "next" router. In this case what is the use of upper and lower limit?
Secondly if we are tracking the serial interface, if this goes down then all requests must be sent to the next router how this is done in glpb?
In HSRP we can track interface and then decrement the priority so that this router goes in standby mode. And the other router is pramoted to Active mode how does this is done in GLBP?
Please share the experience.
Any link on cisco.com? I searched but could not get the explanations.
