Aceess Point WDS issue!!! Very Important.

We have made the AP as the WDS server and the issue we are facing is the AP count is getting increased like anything, were as I only have 10 AP in my network but AP count gets increased to 20 to 30 and after 32 the APs which had registered will get de-registered and all the clients will loose the access to wireless.

Eg:-

APWDS#sh wlccp wds

AP count:30 MN count:8

And we have to do reboot to resolve this issue. And again after 3 days this AP count gets increased.

AP: 1240 Series

Assuming the radios on the WDS are enabled it can only support having 30 AP's registered to it. You might want to consider setting up an AP that would be the master WDS only which has its radios disabled. This setup would support 60 AP's registered.
