UCCX TAPS exception error

UCCX - 5.0.(2)SR02_Build045 (HA enabled)

TAPS App trigger - 4888


Installed TAPS on production UCCX server and get an error when I reactive debug the TAPS.aef script (see attachments). In the MIVR log look for line 87392. I included a couple of screenshots, including the java expression the Set Step is calling.


Is the object it is saying it can't find on Line 1 Column 59 embedded in the TAPS.jar loaded in the Document/Classpath area?


Also, could the local it is looking for be the country specific language configuration? This was built as EN only, not EN_US.

Just so it's documented here. Restarting the TAPS service on the CUCM Publisher kicked something and now it works. (or at least answers correctly now) Now, see if a phone registers!

I was able to get this working. Had to reset the TAPS service in CCM. TAPS was active, but a restart fixed the issue.
