Unity Connection Conversation Speed Settings vs Unity

Just started messing with a new Connection 7.01 server and I do not think our users will be happy with the phone menu conversation speed choices. Any chance on later versions this option mimics Unity's settings which allow this to be adjusted on a more granular basis?

not currently - I don't see anything on the roadmap for it. The media engine's speed and volume controls are high/medium/low level granularity instead of the %10 steps that Unity provides via the Windows based media engine it employs. So far as I know there aren't any plans for the Linux based media library to support more levels for either speed or volume.

as ever, the best move with such things is to bring it up with your account manager and get a PERs entered for it - product folks give weight to engineering items that have field requests attached to them.
