WebDialer and Cisco TSP

UCM 7.12, installed Webdialer and it is working. Also interested in dialing from outlook contacts. I installed CiscoTSP, but I believe I am still missing something. There is no options to call from the mouse click. CiscoTSP.txt only reference installing wave drivers. Thanks

Dont use cisco TSP we dont support it

Use click to call we support it with Outlook or CUPC outlook bar

If you still wanna use TSP search of our forum or google some docs since we dont support it.

Ok, thats not a problem. Whatever is supported. Are there any docs on configuring it with MS products, specifically outlook?

Just curious, if TSP is not supported, then why is it downloadable as a plugin under cm7? Thanks again for your help

Hi There,

Click-to-Call is a software application that you install locally on each pc. It's fairly straight forward but you will need to set-up some application dial rules to enable correct dialing. It supports dialing from MS Office, outlook, Explore and also Firefox.
