We currently have a Cisco 2821 which does not keep it's changed configuration.
For example, after adding the MOTD, saving the config (#write memory and #copy run start) and reloading the router the changes are losted. Has anyone ever run into this problem before and what was the fix? Attached is the show tech. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Looking at your boot statements the router is loading its config from a ttfp server and not the one in NVRAM. Either do a copy run tftp or reconfigure the router to boot from the config in NVRAM.

I would start sticking another flash card into the router

Thanks pompeychimes. That resolved my problem. Can you please elaborate on the router boot process?

Power on

Bootstrap program loaded from ROM
Bootstrap program loads the IOS from Flash*
IOS loads the config file from NVRAM*
*IOS and config file locations can be manipulated with "boot" statements and changes to the config reg
