CTIOS 7.5.1 Agent Desktop.

Hi All,

There is 1 issue i am facing with CTIOS 7.5.1 Desktop client.

CTIOS Agent Desktop is Idle, The moment agent clicks the login button, feeds information then after a while nothing happens. and status is disconnected.

Any reply is helpful.

Manish,

I suspect the lack of response may be due to the fact the question gets flooded to all the forum headings. In the same way the question is posted to ALL the groups you are a member of in LinkedIn.

Please refrain from doing this as it makes the forums look like they are being spammed, we would hate others to do this as this would end up with people not using this valuable resource for either posting a question or providing a response.

People check the forums every day more than once and if some someone is able to help they will see your question ans answer it if they can, if it is in the correct or even just a single heading, placing it in multiple headings is not the best way to keep this forum at the top of the resource and knowledge tree
