FAX Server Installation

Hi

I need to install Fax server at one of our client. They are having PRI DID numbers. Is it possible to configure the extension is same for Voice and FAX ?

And Please give me a sample configuration for the this scenario if it is possible ..

Do you have CUE?

That supports voice-mail and fax to the same number.

Yes We have CUE and one cisco MCS server for Right Fax also.

Hi Thejas,

There is a fax detect script that serves this exact purpose.

I would do some reading here:

There are going to be certain limitations to this because of the way that fax machines interact with voice.

Which version of CUE will support this feature ?

This is not a CUE feature, but rather a script you put on your incoming dial peer. If it detects fax tones it sends it to a configured fax number, if it does not, it sends it to an auto attendant or some other number.
