Russian in Create Generated Prompt Step

Hi all,

I am working with Cisco UCCX Premium 7.0(1). Cisco IVR is configured for using Russian language by default.

While I am attempting to use Create Generated Prompt Step in my IVR script with the constructor type number for a number, say, '1971' I am getting a prompt which does not contain an utterance for the second digit, i.e. '9'. What is wrong?

If you are creating a new language or adapting an existing language for a new locale, check the Prompt Generator properties file and make sure that it is using the correct rules for the language.
