Troubles with voicegateway - cannot hear incoming voice

i have 3 BRI on my voice-gw (2800 Software (C2800NM-SPSERVICESK9-M), Version 12.4(15)T1).

when i place a call, the called can hear may voice, but i cannot hear his voice.

I have other voicegw with the same IOS and configuration, but this problem doesn't appear.

sometimes appears this warning:

what does it mean?

can someone help me to find out a solution??

Are you sure RTP stream from this gateway can reach your phone? One way voice issue very often means filtering somewhere between endpoints.

try to ping the phone from the router.

I think you will not get reply. when you have one-way voice you should think about the connectivity. maybe there is no route from the voice gateway to the IP phones, or firewall, or something like this.
