Hi all
I have restricted RTP UDP ports to a range of 25000 to 25020 on both callmanager and the soft phone. I have also changed settings access to disabled which has greyed out the options in the IP comm. However streams are opening outside of this range

we are running version 7.0 and I am not sure if this good with CUCM 5.0 3? should we try version 2.4?
