UNity connection

Hi All,

We had upgraded from Unity Connection 2. x to UC version 7.0.2.

I am unable to leave the message. When I try to call from A to B, B rings for 4 times, then,Phone A dials Voice Mail Pilot Number.

Can somebody help on this?

Phone A dials VM and........??????

you hear busy?

error message from CUC?

you reach someone else VM?

HI Sir,

Call gets dropped from Phone B.Nothing happens on Phone B after 4 rings.

Now,Phone A dial VM Pilot Number but it is silent.

Yesterday ,I had checked one more thing i.e. when I dial from Phone C(which has not been provided VM facility) to Phone B, it is working perfectly fine.I am able to leave the message from C to B abd retrieve from C.

The problem is when phone dials which has got VM facility.

Hi Sir,

Our problem has been resolved.There was one Call Handler which was creating a problem.We deleted it.
