Cisco Historical Reporting Client

Unable to log into Cisco Historical Reporting Client, once inputting the username and password am getting the error message "error while attempting to connect to web server".


Tested the account on another machine with the software installed and and works fine so not an account issue. Have also reinstalled the software several times on the "dodgy" machine - any ideas??

look out for logs under C:\Program Files\Cisco CRS Historical Reports\logs. it should give more details. I had solved an issue before with help of these logs.
