Hi all,
I have two seperate but related questions.
First question. For our park slots we set things up to beep back the phone that put the call on park every 30 seconds, after 2 minutes it rings extension 100. Is there a way to make all park slots ring back the oringal number that parked the call?
For example extension 120 parks a call, after 2 minutes the parked call rings back to extension 120.
Below is the CLI line we have tagged onto each Park slot which forces all ringbacks to go into extension 100.
park-slot timeout 30 limit 4 recall alternate 100
Second question:
We want all calls put on hold to ring back to the phone that put the call on hold after 2 minutes.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Jorge

For the person originating the park, the command should be...
park-slot timeout 30 limit 4 recall
instead of
park-slot timeout 30 limit 4 recall alternate 100
The alternate 100 forces the call to go to 100.
As far as hold is concerned...
hold-alert 120 originator (under ephone-dn)

Worked like a charm.
Thanks Steven!
