Hi, I have three switches SW1,2 & 3, they are are connected with Trunk ports. I have Router R4 & R5 which is connected with these switches as following-

R4(e0/0)->SW1(f0/0)& R4(E0/1)->SW2 (f0/0)

R5 (e0/0)-> SW3 (f0/0)

R4e0/0 is in Vlan 54 & E0/1 is in Vlan 45. Frames from R4 received on SW1 & Sw2 should tagged with Metro tag 254 & 245 respectivily.

I am aware how to creat 802.1q Tunnel.Please find the detail-

R4 E0/0.54- Mode Trunk

R4 E0/1.45- Mode Trunk

R5 E0/0.54- Mode Trunk

R5 E0/0.45- Mode Trunk

SW1 (f0/0)- access vlan 254, Dot1qTunnel

SW2 (f0/1)- access vlan 245, Dot1qTunnel

My Question is Which Metro VLAN Access tag I need to configure on SW3(f0/0)-trunk ?

psl help champions..

I stand corrected, but I think u need two separate links to R5 to support each double tagged VLAN.

Sam

We do not have any other link on R5. You mean, if I have two metro tag, then we require two connection on both end R5 & R4 ?
