Management Interface Issue on CSS5-SCM-2GE

Hi,

I have got new module (CSS5-SCM-2GE) and the management interface is not working. I.e It shows it as offline, What step do I need to follow to enable the interface to become up(tried shut and no shut) but no lights glow???

Is this hardware issue? Or there is any cmd that needs to be run.

Hi Neha,

You need to run the below commands to configure the Ethernet-Mgnt interface - otherwise the link won't go up.

# conf term

# boot

# ip address

# subnet mask

# default gateway
