TAPI/TSP on Terminal Server with CUCME

Hi all,

We have a customer who moves a CRM application on a terminal server.

The CRM communicates with the CUCME through TAPI (CME_TSP.exe).

Unfortunately, the Cisco CME_TSP can handle only one TSP-connection with the CUCME on a single local pc/server.

Who knows a 3party software or workaround to setup more than one TAPI connection (multiple sessions with the own TAPI connection) on the Microsft 2008 Terminal server.

I have this problem too.

There is only one TAPI instance supported per ephone. It is not possible to install more that one TSP on a Client or Server. With the addition of the CTI Manager, a single TSP will be able to control devices on different CCM in a cluster.
