MoH on CUCM 7.0

Hi All,

I have been trying to place a MOH wav file on CUCM 7.0. I am getting the following message under description for the past 2 days.

"Opening /usr/local/thirdparty/jakarta-tomcat/temp/messages_spring_2009.ulaw.mohtmp"

I have deleted the file and tried to re-upload it, but without any luck. Any ideas or suggestions to help me resolve this will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Please check the logs regarding the Tomcat Service, if possible in your end, try to restart it using the CLI Access.

utils service restart Cisco Tomcat
