Trying to install cop.sgn file, but not working ?

Hi,

I have uploaded the cop.sgn file (Latest version) for the CUCM 7 via SFTP, I can see this file in dial plan installer, but when I click on install button, no work, just show page refresh, when click on uninstall button, I get a message that cop file is not installed, if you want to install click on install button.

Any idea

Hi,

Looks like the button "install" on your CCM Instal/Upgrade page is not responding to your invoked. Have you tried restarting the Tomcat service which handles the web pages commands? you can restart it in the CLI access of your CUCM

utils service restart Cisco Tomcat
