Hi all what is the difference between

Times to Re-prompt Caller

Delay Between Re-prompts

in UC when configuring a greeting?

I believe it's pretty obvious.

How many times you will hear the prompt and how much time between playing prompt N time and playing it N+1.

If you set 4 times and 10 seconds... you'll hear it 4 times and there will be 10 seconds between each time.

You can always use the help -> for this page option if you need to understand what each parameter is for.

It also solves your other post:

Playing the same greeting several time in UC !!!! ( if no input)
