Hi all,
How could configure the Unity Connection system to play the same greeting X times before going to a default action ( Call Handler), if no expected input is entered.
We would like to avoid chaining several Call Handler doing the same thing :-)
Any suggestions please!
best regards,

sure you can do this.
On the greetings page for the specific greeting in question (i.e. "standard" greeting for a call handler) there's a field for "times to reprompt caller". By default this is 0 so it'll play the greeting and then take the after greeting action (typically take a message). If you set it to 3 it'll play the greeting a total of 4 times (first time and 3 repeats). You can also set how many seconds to wait for it to start the greeting over to give a bit of a pause in there.
