Integration Callmanager and Unity Server

Hi team,


I am trying integrate a callmanager server to unity server and I am not getting. When I go in the menu "Telephony Integrations->Phone System" and try to add on the screen "Set up Port" he answered "Server <Address IP> Did not respond". The Port 9999 is the port would be configured in the DN callmanager correct?, I created the "voice mail port and used the DN and still does not work. Someone could help me see where I'm wrong.

If i have an IP config box and below a port config box, the only thing i could think of, would be TCP or UDP ports. It would never cross my mind they're talking about a DN.

If you're noob with the integrations better start off by reading the integration guides and then doing the actual process.


Change 9999 to SCCP port.
