CallManager 5 Disk Parition Full Can't backup

Hey Guys,

I have a client here with a Call Manager 5.1 install with a full active partition. They cannot perform backups resulting in errors that the disk is full (which seems odd since it's only reading from the disk). Backup location has plenty of space.

How can we delete files off this thing or get around this? We've tried all of the file delete commands in CLI.


I have this problem too.

What is the version of CUCM you have? Also, what is the current state of the partitions? You can view that by going to CLI and giving this command

show status

If active parition is 100% used than you might be hitting CSCsl16440.

You will need to call in to TAC as you need to get into the root and delete some files.
