Getting HTTP request timeout when i hit missed call CCM 4.1(3)

hi,

Am getting request timeout when i hit missed call under directoies tab rather than extension number with date/time....

CCM version is 4.1.3

PHone model 7960

Remaining models like 7940s are working good...

Can u help me out here..

Which firmware make sure u r using a recent one?

R u getting HTTP timeout only for missed Calls or when u press Directories?

Missed calls is obtained from the IP Phone itself.
