CUCM 7.1.2a Real Time Monitoring Tool (RTMT)

Error with RTMT after upgrading to CUCM 7.1.2a

When I log into RTMT I receive an error that RISDC is down or unreachable on both servers in my cluster. I have checked that all services are running from CUCM servicability pages.

Could this be a bug?

RIS DC service is under the Network Serives section in Serviceability page. If you have confirmed that service is running and still RTMT shows that service is down you can try and unintall RTMT from your PC and re-install it.

Also, make sure that you don't have a firewall between your PC and CUCM servers.

Yes we have tried all that. I spoke to some other engineers in our company who have seen this on CUCM 7.0, 7.1.2 and 7.1.2a. It looks like a Cisco BUG affecting all 7.1.2 versions and MCS7825H, MCS7825H

Sorry Cisco not a bug. We had imported the service parameters with the incorrect port number for RTMT.
