Authentication in MeetingPlace Express

Hi all,

I have configured MeetingPlace Express to authenticate with CCM using AXL.

When accessing the user Web interface, a user is authenticated , the profile is created. However, a new user cannot be authenticated if he uses the ip phone to call the MPE number and join an audio meeting. The user is asked for the profile ID and Passwords whichs corresponds to the telephone Number and PIN in CCM

If we enter these informations, the authentication fails each time.

It seems, the user should at least access the web inteface once so the profile get created. It cannot be done from the IP phone. Am I right?

Any suggestions or solutions for that, please.

have you verified the user group settings for this user profile?

They do need to log in through the web interface the first time for the profile to be created.

As for the log in failure through the phone: I believe this will fail if their PIN is set to expire at next log in. You may want to make sure this is not the case.
