Unity Extend AD Schema

We are in process of upgrading Unity from 4.1 to 7.x , when we try to run Extend AD Schema in Schema master server we did not get a screen pop up with Exchange VM window it just wen t blank and nothing was going in the background, we know the account we used had Domain Admin and Schema Admin rights.

I'm not sure we have to wait for a while and see what happens or should happen pretty quick.

Any ideas ?
