Problem Details: IPCCx Call Centre Cisco Destop Agent were logged off which impacted by single failure of domain controller server.


Envirmonment:

IPCCx 4.0(4)

CallManager 4.1(3)

Unity 4.1(1)


Questions:

1. If the currently IPT environment support round robin with multiple DC servers?

2. What will be a better solution to avoid single failure of DC at host file?
